Providence Coordinator

Job Purpose:

Provide administrative support to all functions of the Providence program. Coordinate various department duties,schedule and organize training, clinical overview, monthly group meetings, etc. for  the CO students at Providence.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize ED Clinical Training
• Collaborate with ED mgmt to schedule, review content
• Provide clinical overview (coordinator, ppt)
• Specific work responsibilities
• Pre-post survey (to help ID future training needs)
• Lead monthly group meetings with students.
• Coordinate with Field Placement coordinator
• Notify ED mgmt of the specific students who are receiving field placement credit
• Distribute and collect semester or annual evaluations
• Periodically visit site and observe work of CO.
• Meet as needed with ED mgmt problem-solve as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two or more years of university/Associate's degree

• Part Time 10 hours a week
