Program and Community Success Coordinator

This role supports the Director of the Masters Programs and assists with managing the daily operations of seminary functions including events.

Student Support

• Provides excellent customer service to every prospective student, student, visiting dignitary, faculty and adjunct in order to give them the best possible experience of the seminary and Masters programs.
• Facilitates Assessment and Candidacy process. Analyzes data to determine which student needs to complete the process, communicates with assessment specialists, schedules student tests and faculty interviews, follows up with the registrar.
• Manages and updates the student resource site.
• Helps with new student onboarding
• Manages Seminary Community Facebook pages

Support to the Director of Masters Program in the areas of

• Enrollment projections
• Course schedule work
• Canvas website creation/maintenance
• Adjunct training and support
• Recruitment and training of Teaching Assistants
• Syllabi collection and archiving
• Data Entry for program and student assessment with ATS and NWCCU.
• Maintenance of student files

Events Support

• Assists with masters programs orientations--WaterFront.
• Assists in planning and executing BridgeWeek events [Instructional Face to Face events].
• Collaborates in planning Hooding & Commencement Ceremony and Masters celebration.
• Assists when needed in other seminary-wide events, including Doctoral programs.
• Collaborates in planning external events such as donor events, seminary promotion events, church and network events, etc.

Other duties

• Coordinates mailings, mail collection and distribution.
• Posts student job opportunities on FB and bulletin board.
• Schedules seminary meetings and events, including room reservations and calendaring.
