Pastoral Thriving Assistant

Job Purpose

The Institute for Pastoral Thriving seeks an administrative assistant to help coordinate and facilitate annual thriving cohort retreat. This position is temporary with the potential of being a recurring opportunity.

Position Summary

The assistant to the director of Thriving will support the university mission in curating an environment for pastors to be centered in Christ in their heart, soul, mind and strength.

Essential Responsibilities

• Organizing data for cohort gathering
• Preparing materials for retreat
• Social media content
• Communication with director and principals
• Facilitate retreat gathering with director

Associated Responsibilities

• Data Entry
• Supply purchase

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Part time position, Monday's only
• Expertise working with diverse students and employees
