Employee Empowerment Coordinator - Temporary

Are you looking to expand your HR knowledge in a coordinator role? The Employee Empowerment Coordinator will allow you to gain knowledge in all areas of HR as well as be a part of a great community.

Job Purpose

In this role, you will contribute to fulfillment of our Be Known promise to employees, candidates, and students. From request to hire, through contract changes, to termination processing, you will ensure that HR records are current. Your ability to understand systems and processes will help maximize the effectiveness. Precision and very high attention to detail will ensure that information is accurate. If you are motivated for excellence, process improvement, and creative/effective use of technology, you'll want to join our collaborative and fun work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete various clerical projects with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process employment paperwork including data entry, auditing and filing.

Associated Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and courteously with others including employees, students and the public.
• Demonstrate a spirit of teamwork, respect and great customer service.
• By actions, words and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students through casual contact

Assigned Processes

• Detailed project work.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent Training
• Full time position, Monday- Friday Flexible Schedule 25 hours a week
• Expertise working with diverse students and employees
