George Fox Digital (GFD) has a mission within the broader university to develop a learner-centric system that accelerates innovation, increases net revenue, and provides accessible and transformative learning for every stage of life. GFD is a core part of the University's strategic direction that seeks to meet the challenges of the future for our students head-on with digital flexibility and engaging content, showcasing the best of what our university has to offer the world. On the one hand, GFD is tasked with creating and revitalizing educational experiences for our traditional undergraduate students in various ways (Summer Online; Cornerstone Curriculum; First Year Online). On the other hand, GFD seeks to open new doors for learners beyond our traditional set, including our existing Adult Degree Program, our Early College Program, George Fox Talks, and other initiatives still in the design phase. GFD has been a leader at the university in producing rich media content for our students and constituencies; see, for example, our GFD YouTube channel and our TALKS content on YouTube and podcast formats.

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day processes for all operations within George Fox Digital, and is a critical connection point among the many and growing parts of the project. We desire the one who occupies this role to have strong communicative, administrative, organizational, project management, and leadership skills to negotiate the many activities and relationships within the GFD system, but also to have a creative touch for input on video products, course design, content, and marketing. As a Christ-centered community, George Fox University is an institution that values diversity as an essential dimension of God's design for human communities. In seeking to become a more inclusive community, we especially encourage applications from individuals who can help us achieve our diversity goals.
